Further, the company is planning to sell African tower business on a country-by-country basis and has put Nigerian towers on the block first. The valuation of Nigerian towers has been pegged at around $500-$550 million.
Helios Tower and HIS have bid for the Nigerian towers. Both players are in talks with investors to raise capital for the bid.
