Innoventive Industries has established its footprints in the United Kingdom (UK) by incorporating wholly owned subsidiary under the name of Innoventive Industries UK in London. The company already incorporated three subsidiaries named Sankalp Forgings, Saicon Steel and Arihant Steel and Metal Wires.

Innoventive Industries was incorporated for manufacturing of domestic appliances.
