Kinetic Engineering may go for scheme of business restructuring, including a scheme involving possible amalgamation of Kinetic Motor Company with itself. The board will meet on December 09, 2011 to consider, discuss and transact the business.

Kinetic Engineering offers engineering and manufacturing excellence and has a diverse product portfolio to manufacture all transmission components (gears, shafts, axles etc), engine components (crankshafts, cylinder heads, camshafts etc), complete gearbox and engine assemblies for auto & non auto products.
