3.55 (0.38%) HDFC Bank, the country’s second largest private sector bank has reportedly unveiled a new service called ‘missed call banking’. This new service allows customers to use banking services without visiting branches and ATMs or using internet and mobile banking. The Customers having basic mobile phones, without internet access, can also use this service.
For using this service, customer first needs to link his mobile number with the bank. Once his number is linked with his bank account, the customer can call any of the six toll-free numbers to place a service request
