Gillanders Arbuthnot & Company suspends work at West Bengal unit

Gillanders Arbuthnot & Company has suspended work of the GIS cotton mill unit located at Champdani in West Bengal with effect from December 07, 2011. The company has suspended work due to illegal and unjustified disruption of work by workmen, along with various acts of subversive of discipline.
