Glenmark Pharmaceuticals issues stock options
Date: 10-12-2011Glenmark Pharmaceuticals has informed that the compensation committee of the company, at its meeting held on December 07, 2011 has issued 25,000 stock options to permanent employees pursuant to ESOS 2003. Each option shall be convertible into one equity share of Re. 1 each in one or more tranches.
