AXIS Bank has informed that the Committee of Whole-time Directors of the Bank has allotted 36,137 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on February 25, 2014 under the ESOP Scheme of the Bank. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from 46,93,59,063 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to 46,93,95,200 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
