Titan Company has set up a dedicated facility ‘Karigar Centre’ at Hosur across the inter-state border to craft handmade gold jewellery and revive the age-old profession and art of craftsmanship. The centre is spread over 11,990 square feet and has a capacity for 300 artisans at a time to craft handmade jewellery.
This is the first such centre in India and is aimed to transform lives of artisans and set a benchmark for the industry players to enable their craftsmen hone talent and pursue a healthy career.
