Credit rating agency, CRISIL Research has assigned a CRISIL IER fundamental grade of 4/5 to L&T Finance Holdings (LTFH). The grade indicates that the company’s fundamentals are ‘superior’ relative to other listed equity securities in India. The rating agency has also assigned valuation grade of 2/5 to the company.

The assigned fundamental grade reflects the company’s well diversified portfolio with assets under management (AUM) of Rs 378 billion within retail & corporate and infrastructure lending segments.

L&T Finance Holdings is a financial holding company offering a diverse range of financial products and services across the corporate, retail and infrastructure finance sectors, as well as mutual fund products and investment management services, through its direct and indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries.
