AXIS Bank has informed that the Committee of Whole-time Directors of the Bank has allotted 39,615 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on March 05, 2014, under the ESOP Scheme of the Bank. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from 46,94,21,166 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to 46,94,60,781 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
