AXIS Bank has informed that the Committee of Whole-time Directors of the Bank has allotted 52,458 equity shares of Rs 10 each on March 10, 2014, under the ESOP Scheme of the Bank. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from 46,94,60,781 equity shares of Rs 10 each to 46,95,13,239 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
