Date: 14-12-2011Ess Dee Aluminium has informed that Sudip Bijoy Dutta has relinquished the office of managing director of the company with effect from December 14, 2011. He will continue to hold the office of non- executive director and chairman of the company.
Further Bijoy Kumar Pansari has been appointed as the CEO and managing director of the company with effect from December 14, 2011.
