NIIT Technologies has informed that the ESOP Share Allotment Committee of the Company has allotted 34,442 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each in accordance with the terms of ESOP 2005, on March 14, 2014. Consequent to the said allotment the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up to 60,701,174 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs. 607,011,740.
