Larsen & Toubro Ltd.

AM Naik, Executive Chairman, Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has reportedly  sold 1.25 lakh shares of the company for over Rs 15.69 crore through ICICI Securities on March 14,2014. Meanwhile, K. Venkataramanan, CEO and MD, L&T has also sold 10,000 shares for over Rs 1.25 crore through HDFC Securities on the same day. Currently, AM Naik and K. Venkataramanan are holding in the company stood at 2,317,455 shares and 842,873 shares respectively.
