-3.40 (-0.17%) Bharti Airtel has entered into a partnership with Nokia to offer Nokia X smart-phone in African countries. The telecom major will introduce Nokia’s Android-based smart-phones from mid-April, in 17 African countries where it has operations.
Nokia X will come with data bundles for Airtel’s customers to access their favorite social sites and chat applications. Nokia X customers will have access to free HERE Maps. The handset has a 4-inch capacitive display, 3 megapixel camera and exchangeable back covers that come in a variety of bold colours. The device has 1 gigahertz dual core processor.
