Titan Company’s jewellery retail chain arm -- Tanishq has opened its new showroom in Bangalore. It is the 162nd showroom in Tanishq’s network. With this new showroom, the company aims to provide a unique jewellery shopping experience with a world-class retail ambience and personal interaction apart from high quality products. This showroom reflects Tanishq’s commitment towards providing customers the joy of shopping for every occasion under one roof.

The store located in Meu Square, Bannerghatta Main Road, J Pnagar 3rd Phase is spread over 3,500 square feet and houses a variety of gold and diamond jewellery, exclusive wedding, high value diamond and stone jewellery. Titan had sold jewelery worth Rs 8,000 crore last fiscal. This accounted for nearly 4 per cent of the jewellery market in India. This fiscal, the company is expecting its jewellery sales to be marginally better than last fiscal.

Titan is India’s largest manufacturer of quartz watches and has a 60% market share in the Indian market. It is world’s sixth largest manufacturer of branded watches. It has a manufacturing and assembly unit at Hosur in Tamil Nadu.
