Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd.

Tata Motors is reportedly set to launch a new small commercial vehicle (SCV) in the next few weeks. The move is to attract buyers that may include small entrepreneurs, traders and retailers who are looking for more load capacity than Ace.

The new small truck will offer high initial torque, and sport a common rail engine. It will also be priced lower than Super Ace and Ashok Leyland Dost.

Tata Motors is India's largest automobile company, is the leader in commercial vehicles in each segment, and among the top in passenger vehicles with winning products in the compact, midsize car and utility vehicle segments. It is also the world's fourth largest truck and bus manufacturer.
