Maestros Mediline Systems gets approval for the scheme of demerger

Maestros Mediline Systems has received an approval from the Bombay High Court for the scheme of arrangement / demerger of Industrial Electronics Division of the company into Maestros Electronics & Telecommunications Systems and Infrastructure Division of the company into MMS Infrastructure from Maestros Mediline Systems. The company has received an approval from High Court on June 10, 2011.

Maestros Mediline Systems ever since its beginning has carved a niche in competitive fields of cardiological & gynecological equipment. They have designed, developed and launched recently, state-of-the-art telemedicine products like complete telemedicine software, event recorders, telemedicine peripherals etc.
