IL&FS Transportation Networks’ arm completes two road projects

Rajasthan Infrastructure Development Company of Rajasthan (RIDCOR) in which IL&FS Transportation Networks has 50% beneficial interest has completed the two road projects and has commenced the toll collection. The two roads namely, Alwar to Bhiwadi comprising of 340 lane kms and Hanumangarh to Sangaria comprising 44 lane kms, work on these projects has been completed 10 months ahead of schedule completion date.

Earlier, the Government of Rajasthan had entrusted 5 road stretches under the Mega Highways Phase I project aggregating to 2100 lane kms to RIDCOR. Considering the performance of RIDCOR, Government of Rajasthan had further entrusted seven additional project roads aggregating to 715 lane kms.

IL&FS Transportation Networks has been involved in the development, operation and maintenance of national and state highways, roads (including urban roads), flyovers and bridges in Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Kerala, Jharkhand and Rajasthan.
