Seamec has entered into a charter period with Technip France, Abu Dhabi for vessel ‘Alliance’ for deployment in Dubai Offshore for a firm period of 75 days. The charter is likely to commence around middle June 2014. The value of charter with Technip would be around $3.5 million.
The company's existing contract for the charter hire of vessel ‘Alliance’ with Sea Horse General Contracting Establishment, UAE, Dubai for working in Offshore Egyptian Mediterranean waters has been extended until April 30, 2014. The above vessel is under bareboat charter with Seamec.
Seamec is engaged in the business of operating multi-support vessels for diving and for providing underwater/sub-sea engineering services, deep sea diving, and inspection of underwater structures, repairs and maintenance of offshore platform fire-fighting services and rescue operations.
