Liberty Videocon General Insurance Company, a joint venture between Videocon Industries and Liberty City-state Holdings, has launched a two-wheeler insurance product. This insurance product is available for motor cycles, scooters and mopeds. The product covers loss or damage to the insured vehicle, theft, personal accident of owner-driver or pillion rider and third party liability.
Videocon Industries, established two decades ago, is a global conglomerate with market capitalization of $2.5 billion. Videocon’s businesses’ consists of manufacturing, marketing and distribution of consumer electronics products and oil & gas extraction.
