According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 2994.37 crore in index futures and options segments as per Wednesday’s data, April 23, 2014.
FIIs were buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 1710.02 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 1284.36 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net sellers of stock futures worth Rs 952.84 crore, while they bought stock options worth Rs 103.56 crore.
