Bharti Infratel reports 64% rise in Q4 consolidated net profit

Bharti Infratel has reported 40.64% rise in its net profit for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2014 to Rs 272.70 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 193.90 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Income from operations of the company rose 11.30% to Rs 1294.00 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 1162.60 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

The company reported a 64% jump in its consolidated net profit at Rs 472 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2014. The company has reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 287 crore in the corresponding period last year. The consolidated revenues of the company grew 4% to Rs 2,790 crore for the reported period as compared to Rs 2,674 crore in the same period last year.

For the full year, net profit rose 7.93% to Rs 1089.90 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 1009.80 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales rose 12.09% to Rs 4999.30 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 4460.10 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.

For the fiscal 2013-14, the company reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 1,518 crore as compared to Rs 1,003 crore last time. Full year consolidated revenues were up by 5% to Rs 10,827 crore as compared to Rs 10,272 crore.
