Thomas Cook’s arm wins 'Best Inbound Operator'

Thomas Cook (India)’s - 100% subsidiary - Travel Corporation (India), has won the 'Best Inbound Tour Operator 2011' at the third edition of the prestigious Travel Agents Association of India Travel Awards. The awards took place on December 16, 2011 at the Taj Lands End, Mumbai and were presented by Union Minister for Tourism, Government of India.

The winners are evaluated on decisive factors including number of inbound passengers handled, countries serviced, revenues generated, promotion of India in print and online media, innovative marketing approaches and overall impact created including employment generated. The Travel Agents Association of India (TAAI) founded in 1951, celebrated its Diamond Jubilee this year.
