Themis Medicare will stop operations of its wholly owned foreign subsidiary HIDPUL Kft, Hungary with immediate effect due to no activity in the said subsidiary. The board of directors at its meeting held on May 14, 2014 has approved for the same. The above is however subject to following rules in the country of incorporation i.e. Hungary.
Themis Medicare is also engaged in supplying its research formulations to well known Pharmaceutical companies in India namely Alkem Lab, Fulford, Intas Pharmaceuticals, IPCA Lab., Cadila Healthcare, Aristo Pharma, Mankind Pharma, Shreya Lifesciences, Nicholas Piramal, Unichem Lab, etc.
