Further, In accordance with Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992, the Trading Window shall remain closed from May 20, 2014. The Trading Window shall reopen 24 hours after the said Audited Financial Results are made public.
