FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per May 21 data: SEBI

The FIIs as per Wednesday’s data were net buyers in equities and debt segments both, according to data released by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 7060.40 crore against gross sell of Rs 7044.80 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 15.60 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 2328.70 crore with gross sales of Rs 948.60 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1380.20 crore in debt.
