FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per May 22 data: SEBI

The FIIs as per Thursday’s data were net sellers in equities and debt segments both, according to data released by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 5655.30 crore against gross selling of Rs 5871.70 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 216.50 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1898.10 crore with gross sales of Rs 2476.30 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 578.20 crore in debt.
