FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per May 27 data: SEBI

The FIIs as per Tuesday’s data were net sellers in equity segment, while they were net buyers in debt segment, according to data released by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 5701.30 crore against gross selling of Rs 5726.10 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 24.70 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross buying was of Rs 2035.60 crore against gross selling of Rs 251.90 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1783.80 crore in debt.
