FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per May 29 data: SEBI

The FIIs as per Thursday’s data were net sellers in equity segment, while they were net buyers in debt segment, according to data released by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 5777.80 crore against gross selling of Rs 5821.50 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 43.70 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross buying was of Rs 2631.30 crore against gross selling of Rs 1034.40 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1596.90 crore in debt.
