JSW Steel’s crude steel production jumps 6% during May 2014

JSW Steel’s crude steel production in May 2014 increased by 6% and stood at 10.68 lakh tonnes as compared to 10.13 lakh tonnes in May 2013. The production of rolled products (flat) increased by 2% to 8.25 lakh tonnes compared to 8.06 lakh tonnes in May last year. Further, the production of rolled products (long) during the month rose by 7% at 1.81 lakh tonnes as compared to 1.68 lakh tonnes in May 2013.
