Wipro, a leading global information technology, consulting and outsourcing company and UK’s TalkTalk Telecom Group PLC, have jointly won an Alsbridge Award for excellence and innovation in outsourcing for a customer churn management project for the latter.
Alsbridge is a leading benchmarking, sourcing and transformation advisory firm. These awards are part of a select number of Alsbridge Innovation Awards, being announced this month. The Innovation Awards have been established to highlight how outsourcing providers and their clients can create new value, over and above what is normally expected.
Wipro along with TalkTalk Telecom Group PLC, the UK’s leading value provider of broadband, landline, TV and mobile services, were jointly recognized for their innovative partnership. This focused on churn management and reducing consumer complaints for TalkTalk’s business.
Wipro’s in-house tool was used to help effectively manage high-risk customers. The partnership between Wipro and TTG helped TTG support a reduction in churn and reduce customer complaints through operational excellence and analytics used by Wipro.
