Choksi Laboratories has received an approval to incorporate a wholly owned foreign subsidiary of the company in United State of America (USA). The board of directors at its meeting held on June 16, 2014 has approved for the same.

The board also approved to increase the authorize share capital of the company from Rs 10 crore to Rs 15 crore subject to approval of shareholder in general meeting.

Choksi Laboratories is more widely known as a leading analysis and research group, providing complete solutions for improving quality in processes, products and services.
