According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 65.22 crore in index futures and options segments, as per Wednesday’s data, June 18, 2014.
FIIs were buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 216.13 crore and they sold index options worth Rs 150.92 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net buyers of stock futures worth Rs 308.03 crore, while they sold stock options worth Rs 19.81 crore.
