Esab India has unveiled a voluntary separation scheme for all permanent workmen and permanent graded staff, who are on the rolls of the Company at Company's Khardah & Taratala plants at Kolkata. The Board of directors have accorded their approval to the said scheme on June 16, 2014. The Scheme envisages a total financial outgo of about Rs 5.6 crore.
