Shreyas Shipping & Logistics has taken delivery of vessel ‘M.V. SSL Mumbai’. The company last month had sold its vessel ‘M V Unity’ for a consideration of Rs 17.30 crore. The company had also signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for purchase of one second hand vessel of 1613 TEU capacity at a cost of about Rs 27 crore.
Shreyas Shipping & Logistics, a Transworld Group of company, was incorporated primarily to own and operate vessels for feedering of containers between Indian ports and internationally renowned container transshipment ports.
