Hinduja Ventures rises as its arm pays Rs 10 crore to MIB

Hinduja Ventures is currently trading at Rs. 318.00, up by 3.10 points or 0.98 % from its previous closing of Rs. 314.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 317.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 321.60 and Rs. 316.50 respectively. So far 15716 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 378.00 on 26-Jul-2013 and a 52 week low of Rs. 240.00 on 05-May-2014.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 328.50 and Rs. 290.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 655.51 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 65.70 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 15.03 % and 19.26 % respectively.

Hinduja Ventures’ wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) - Grant Investrade has paid Rs 10 crore towards the Licenses Fees for Headend-In The-Sky (HITS) to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MIB).
