Aditya Birla Nuvo has informed that the investor relations and finance committee of the board of directors of the company on December 30, 2011 has allotted 420 equity shares under the company’s Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS 2006). The said 420 Shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
Consequent to the above allotment, the equity share capital of the company stands increased from 11,35,13,564 to 11,35,13,984 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 1,13,51,39,840.
