Sagar Cements has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 15, 2014, to consider the sale of Company’s investment in Company’s joint venture, namely Vicat Sagar Cement Private Limited. The Trading Window for shares of the Company will remain closed during the period from July 05, 2014 to July 16, 2014 in accordance with the Company’s Code for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company. Accordingly, all the designated employees, key management personnel and directors of the Company are being intimated not to enter in to any transactions involving the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of Trading Window.
