Euro Finmart has received an approval to acquire Alankit Technologies as a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) company. It has also received approval for filing application to Quality Council of India for accreditation as Smart Card Service Provider. The board of directors at its meeting held on July 05, 2014 has approved for the same.
The board also considered and approved the matter of filing application to Public Fund Regulatory Department Authority (PFRDA) for license of Point of Presence, Aggregator for NPS (New Pension System), license for P2F, National Skill Registry, National Insurance Repository from National Database Management.
Euro Finmart was incorporated for setting up gold Jewellery Manufacturing unit at Noida Export Processing Zone, Noida at Uttar Pradesh in phased manner.
