Further, in terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014, July 09, 2014 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purposes of E-voting i.e. cut-off date to record the entitlement of the shareholders of the Company, to cast their vote electronically at the ensuing AGM by electronic means under the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made there under.
