Bayer CropScience has received advance payment amounting to Rs 260 crore for the proposed sale of land and buildings situated at Kolshet Road, Balkum village in Thane. The company has received the amount pursuant to the exclusive arrangement entered on March 31, 2011 with Agile Real Estate.
However, the conveyance, transfer, sale and possession of the said property will be completed at a future date, subject to relevant approvals and permissions from the Government and other statutory bodies, as may be deemed necessary and on receipt of sale consideration as may be finally determined.
Bayer CropScience is engaged in manufacturing of crop protection products, non agricultural pest-control, seeds and plant biotechnology.
