According to the data released by NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 42.59 crore in futures and options segments on Friday, December 30, 2011.
FIIs were sellers of index futures to the tune of Rs 109.00 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 272.45 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net sellers of stock futures worth Rs 141.73 crore and they bought stock options to the tune of Rs 20.87 crore.
