With reference to the earlier announcement dated April 25, 2014 regarding Q4 & FY14 results wherein the discrepancies in Part II (Shareholding Details) of the Financial Result for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2014. In this regard, Biocon has now informed that difference in numbers under Particulars of Shareholders in the column pertaining to year ended March 31, 2014 was due to typographical mistake. The correct numbers were however carried in the consolidated financial results as intimated to the Stock Exchanges. The Company has rectified the Shareholding details [Part II] information in the Standalone results.
