OnMobile Global, a global leader in mobile services, has divested its French subsidiary Voxmobili S.A to Synchronoss Technologies Inc., subsequent to signing of the share purchase agreement in May 2014.
With the closure of this deal, OnMobile realizes approximately $26 million subject to escrow and other conditions customarily contracted as part of such deals. The sale of Voxmobili is directly in line with the company’s strategy of focussing on its core products.
Synchronoss Technologies Inc., is a leader in mobile cloud solutions and is headquartered in New Jersey.
OnMobile Global offers contest management, content aggregation and distribution, voice short codes, missed call alerts, multimedia push services, mobile advertising, mobile search, ringtones, ring back tones, personalized music greetings, mobile media portals, phone backup, voice portals, and voice SMS.
