Bangalore-headquartered Vista Infosystems has a significant presence in the captive space and caters to the delivery centres of large companies, like Honeywell, Samsung, Philips, Visteon, etc. It has domain competencies in market segments such as automotive, aerospace, telecom, and semiconductors.
Further, this acquisition supports Datamatics' current strategy to enter the captive space and increase its operations in the Indian markets. Also, apart from strengthening the company’s presence in Bangalore, this partnership reinforces company's focus on Engineering & Embedded Services which is a rapidly growing market.
