FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per July 18 data: NSDL

19 Jul 2014 Evaluate

The FIIs as per Friday’s data were net buyers in equities and debt segments both, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 4444.24 crore against gross sell of Rs 2584.90 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1859.34 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1105.94 crore with gross sales of Rs 288.39 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 817.55 crore in debt.
