Dabur India has informed that the remuneration cum compensation committee has allotted 6,875 equity shares of face value of Rs 1 each to eligible employees of the company who exercised their stock options under the Dabur employee stock option scheme (ESOS), 2000. These shares are with the existing equity shares of the company, in all respects.

With this allotment, the paid up share capital of the company increased to Rs 174,21,00,854 divided into 174,21,00,854 equity hares of face value of Rs 1 each.
