Physical rubber prices ruled flat on Monday due to lack of genuine buyers in the market.
Spot prices for RSS-4 and RSS-5 variety closed unchanged at Rs 140/ kg and Rs 134/ kg respectively.
In the futures market, contract of August delivery declined to Rs 139.85 compared to its previous close of Rs 141.11, while September delivery closed at Rs 137.70 compared to its previous closing of Rs 139.14 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
