With continuation of the earlier letter dated July 10, 2014 vide which the Company has informed about the approval received from the members of the Company for change in name of the Company, S Mobility has now informed that the Company has received new Certificate of incorporation from Registrar of Companies, Kanpur effecting change in name of the Company and accordingly the name of the Company has been changed from ‘S Mobility Limited’ to ‘Spice Mobility Limited’ with effect from July 21, 2014.
